• When do you need an attorney?

What can an immigration attorney do in your case? Many immigrants who come to the U.S. are not familiar with the immigration laws and seek advice of friends, relatives, translators, or notaries. They often do not get correct information and, as a result, face serious problems in future when they adjust status, apply for citizenship, or petition for their relatives; they are placed in removal proceedings, their visas get denied.

review on avvo by Alexander

I recommend this immigration lawyer to anyone who wants quality help and likes to save money

I consulted with Andrei about getting a tourist visa for my mother, his advices were helpful and my mother got a B2 visa. I recommended Andrei to my friends and received very good feedback after that. Some of my friends speak ukrainian only and Andrei understands ukrainian very well and many other languages such as russian, belorussian, spanish, polish. He charged me hundred dollars when we met for one hour and he charge one hundred dollars for a skype consultation and answered all questions of my friends. When they had more questions later he just answered by skype and didnt’ charge anymore. One friend wanted to know about political asylum from Ukraine, and another hired Andrei to change his visa status in the United States. Andrei met with him once and then they exchanged documents by mail and e-mail. Two or three months later my friend received aproval for his new visa status in the US. Other immigration lawyers wanted three times more money than Andrei. I recommend this immigration lawyer to anyone who lives in San Francisco or wants answers for their questions from Russian or Ukraine.
